Nyota Ing’arayo employs 12 full time trained Kenyan teachers. The teachers are paid year round, including during school breaks and holidays. Maintaining the same teaching staff year after year helps create a stable and consistent learning environment which benefits the students. Teachers at Nyota are also welcome to bring their children, including infants, to attend school free of charge.
