Keeping the school a clean, safe and learning conducive environment requires constant attention and maintenance. Although a budget for repairs is set aside, unexpected incidents do occur such as flash flooding in the village.

In addition to maintenance, Nyota Ing-arayo would like to continue making the school a better, more exciting learning environment. Improving the conditions of the classrooms, adding murals, posters and visual aids as well as improving the light in the classrooms are constant goal areas.
